Refund Policy

1. Ticket Usage

Purchased tickets are for your personal use or that of your business only. They may not be resold under any circumstances, including but not limited to use as part of any promotion or competition. Where there has been any resale or attempted resale of any tickets (or any other breach of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the relevant tickets immediately.

We reserve the right to cancel any ticket purchase made by any person or body whom we reasonably believe to be associated with any ticket broker.

 

All tickets must be assigned to an attendee, and all attendee details must be 100% complete at least 7 days before the event. Ticket reassignment after this date is not allowed. For any ticket reassignment please contact info@buildstuff.events

3. Changes or cancellations of the ON-SITE Event made by the Organizer

 

The Company may at any time, with giving notice along with appropriate reason change, cancel, or postpone the Conference, change its venue or any of the other published particulars, or withdraw any invitation to attend. We will notify you of any postponements, or changes as soon as practically possible by keeping our website updated with the latest information.

 

We try to make sure that the ON-SITE Event agenda, speakers, topics, format, and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing, platform, or dates of the ON-SITE Event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for ANY cost incurred by you as a result.

We will endeavor to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Website.

3.1 IF THE ON-SITE EVENT IS CANCELED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO CHOSE FROM:

 

3.1.1 On-site conference ticket holders:

3.1.1.1 You can exchange your 1 ON-SITE conference ticket for 1 Online ticket and 1-Day masterclass Online Ticket;

3.1.1.2 You can exchange your 1 ON-SITE conference ticket for 2 VIP Online tickets;

3.1.1.3 You can exchange your 1 ON-SITE conference ticket for 1 VIP Online ticket and receive a Build Stuff gift Voucher for the price difference related  to the purchase difference between the VIP conference ticket (on the refund date) and your On-site conference ticket;

3.1.1.4 You can receive a 130% Build Stuff Gift Voucher for the purchase price related to the canceled conference ticket, with an extra +30% as a bonus.

3.1.1.5 You can receive a full 100% refund which will be made in 60 days either via bank transfer or to the bank card the payment was made with (depending on your original payment method) in this case please note that the aforementioned extra 30% will not be applied.

4. Changes or cancellations of the ONLINE Event made by the Organizer

​

We try to make sure that the Online Event agenda, speakers, topics, platform, format, and dates are correct at the time of publishing. Circumstances beyond our control may necessitate substitutions, alterations, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, themes, name, performers, hosts, moderators, venue, timing, platform, or dates of the Online Event. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable to you for ANY cost incurred by you as a result.

We will endeavor to notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting the updated information on the Website.

4.1 IF THE ONLINE EVENT IS POSTPONED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH ACCESS TO THE ONLINE EVENT AT A LATER DATE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE ONLINE EVENT IS POSTPONED.

4.2 In the unlikely event of cancellation of an online event:

4.2.1 You can receive a 130% Build Stuff Gift Voucher for the purchase price related to the canceled conference ticket, with an extra +30% as a bonus.

4.2.2 You can receive a full 100% refund which will be made in 60 days either via bank transfer or to the bank card the payment was made with (depending on your original payment method) in this case please note that the aforementioned extra 30% will not be applied.

5. Force Majeure

​

The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in the performance of its obligations hereunder to the extent such delay or failure is caused by fire, flood, strike, civil, governmental, or military authority, acts of God, acts of terrorism, acts of war, epidemics, the availability of the Venue or other similar causes beyond its reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the Company or its subcontractors. For one or more of such reasons, the Company may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event without liability on the part of the Company. In the event the conference cannot be held or is postponed under this section, the Company shall not be liable to any person for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, or financial losses.

 

6. Changes or cancellations of the ON-SITE or ONLINE event made by the attendee

 

6.1 If an attendee is unable to attend an event for any reason they may substitute, by arrangement with the conference organizer via info@buildstuff.events, someone else to attend in their place.

Where the attendee is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

6.1.1 Notification in writing 60 days before the event: full refund less €50 administration fee per ticket;

6.1.2 Notification in writing 30 days before the event: 50% refund per ticket;

6.1.3 Notification less than 30 days before the event: no refund.

 

6.2 Refunds will be made in the following ways:

6.2.1 For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded in 30 days.

6.2.2 For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made to the payee-nominated account in 60 days.

6.2.3 Important: For payments received from outside the LITHUANIA by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer and all bank charges will be for the registrants' account.

 

7. Build Stuff Gift Vouchers

​

The voucher can be used to pay for upcoming Build Stuff conferences, courses, or other events announced on www.buildstuff.events 

 

If the value of the gift voucher is not enough to cover the full amount of the conference/e-course ticket price, you can pay the rest through other payment methods. The voucher can also be used for multiple purchases. You can use only one voucher per booking. 

 

The reservation must be made before the Voucher expiration date. Course or Conference dates can be later than the purchase made.  The voucher is not personal, so you can pass it on to a friend.
